Project Coordinator
Founded in 2009 in Perugia, Libero Pensatore APS (www.liberopensatore.it) focuses on transforming rural areas into places of innovation and care. It carries out 3 related lines of activity:
1. Cultural Archaeology: anthropological-sociological investigation of local culture, with restitution to the community with public events, books, documentaries, presentations and festivals (since 2011 it has been a non-profit publishing house (https://www.edizioniliberopensatore.it/);
2. Sustainability projects using agriculture in particular as a learning method;
3. Training for adults and children in issues related to the valorization of rural areas, sustainability, soft skills, communication, mental health, and agriculture.
Angelo Fanelli
Co-founder of Libero Pensatore, Angelo Fanelli (Ph.D.) is an expert in communication, sustainability, soft skills, leadership, team building and development. He is dedicated to creating resilient local ecosystems, intertwining culture, ecology, and participation to transform small villages into innovative laboratories.

Architect & Libero Pensatore Association An architect specializing in territorial and social redevelopment and regeneration through the Libero Pensatore Association. She designs spaces and processes to reinhabit places, focusing on community and grassroots innovation. She combines technical vision and activism to revitalize local areas.

Joana Carvalho
Joana Carvalho is an architect and founder of DINAMO10 Creative Hub. She started this community with the belief that collaboration and cooperation are the fundamentals for creative work and business success.
After 4 years abroad, she returned to her hometown to establish her studio and to kickstart one of the first cowork spaces in Portugal in 2010, aiming to scale on impact rather than in size.
Recently, she has combined her architectural expertise with creative-community management to deliver 360º consultancy for collaborative spaces.

Trained as a designer, she has previously developed many projects in the intersection of crafts, social and environmental sustainability, and innovation.

Youth worker and mobility expert. Since 2016, he has coordinated EVS/ESC projects at Kora, managing hosting, sending, and mentoring. Skilled in non-formal education, he supports inclusion and spreads awareness on environmental topics through practical follow-up and intercultural projects.

Expert in EU youth projects with 10+ years of experience. Specialist in non-formal learning, project management, and inclusion. PDC certified, he focuses on food systems, sustainability, and empowering disadvantaged youth through quality-driven leadership.

Additionally we also run innovative programs that make rural areas attractive and dynamic. Juan Barbed
Making Rural Sexy for Remote Work: After exploring 60+ countries as a digital nomad, Juan co-founded Rooral to turn forgotten villages into the grounding destinations for remote work. He's redefining success, building a bridge from the past to the future, from urban to rural. Because sometimes, the best place to live & work is where you least expect it.
